Seeing Sound

Sound is made when the molecules that make up an object vibrate. Those vibrations travel through the air (or water or the ground) as sound waves. When the sound waves reach your ear, it sends a signal to the brain that you hear a particular sound. Learn how to prove that sound waves exist and see sounds you make.

In this video, Ms. Kate will show you how to see sound waves!
